I am currently being COMPRESSED as I write! I can honestly say that at 46 years of age, I had always heard about compression, certain brand names claim their products are “compression tights” or socks or leggings, BUT I had never experienced it. THIS is actual compression! I’ve needed this support for MONTHS! I gained a little over the holidays, and it is always nice to feel tight and pulled together. But in my case, now almost mid January 2025, I looked in the mirror and realized I need to really work to pull my abs back in and stop just letting my organs and muscle expand !! I ordered at 2 am this morning, I received it about an hour ago and had to come on immediately and review. Reviews helped me decide to buy this — especially the rating based on thousands of reviews.
Just buy! Most companies charge hundreds for this look! This feels much more tight than the hook and eye closure ones I’ve purchased! I’m very grateful. The key to these fajas, waist trainers, sweat bands, whatever you want to call, is that they “train” your muscle and fat from just expanding with no resistance.
Obviously you have to work at keeping your figure. You have to eat healthier if that’s your goal, you have to have discipline as well. Nothing is miracle answer except for real work.
The key thing here is that you can pull extremely tight and almost feel your organs being compressed lol, or you can pull lightly.
YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL over your compression!
HANDS DOWN the BEST !!! Going to buy for my sister and maybe another for me.

It was a perfect for me! It’s stronger than i expected, it snatches me up very well. Supports my back pretty well, it has helped me stop hunching over and getting used to have a great posture. It fits nicely and the material is pretty thick and I don’t sweat that much with it on.

The colour is beautiful but it does not hold as well as I need it to. The Velcro is not as strong and tend to pull off every couple of mintues. Depending on your body size, it can be bulky but for me it is not. As for the support, there is sufgicient if it would just stay closed…

I don’t usually have the energy to write reviews but was very impressed with this waist trainer belt. Quality was very good, wasn’t expecting that for the price and it reduced my tummy significantly considering I have spent a lot of money in the past buying waist trainers that are not effective at all. It did what it was supposed to do. Basically it understood the assignment lol 😅.I might buy another one just so that I always have a spare one.

I’m 5’10” and have a long torso so it was hard to find a “corset” that fit my long torso all the way. The main reason I bought this was because I have scoliosis and severe back pain. I wanted this to help me sit up straight and give me some relief. I know my bad posture was causing a lot of the pain. This does help tremendously and the extra benefit for me is that it also snatches my waist! I find the best most comfortable way to wrap it is by starting from the top of your torso (under your breasts) and wrap down. Way more comfortable and secure than starting from lower abdomen and wrapping upwards. It’s adjustable and you can make it as snug as you want I would recommend to any one with any body shape! This is one of the best corsets I’ve bought!

Update: I have tried using this continuously but it makes me angrier each time. This thing is an absolute nightmare to put on correctly. I still can’t get it on with lumps and bumps and folding. If you are packing a lot of extra luggage, this will likely not work well. I would never recommend this waist trainer. It stays in a crinkled and wrinkled look after taking it off. You need to rub the whole band until it flattens out again. I wanted this to work so bad. I even attempted to get a second one. The only time it stays in place is if I use one on lower abdomen area and one on the upper part.
It doesn’t smell bad even after many many uses so far though. This waist trainer is not something that takes off inches from your waist or anything. Even wearing the single bad as expected, it thickens my abdomen area. I would never this in public ever.

There are a few reasons that this has three stars right now. First, I don’t know if it will even do anything. Second, this thing is not easy to put on correctly. It has to be wrapped very specifically or fat will budge (if you have the fats like myself). Third, it really needs to be longer. If you are thinner, then this wouldn’t be an issue.
The band itself is rather thick material. There is a good amount of weight when holding the wrap all together. I have some hopes for this waist trainer but it’s gonna take me time to get used to putting it on correctly. I suggest actually using a full body mirror if you have one, unlike myself. I have had to wrap and rewrap some more since first putting it on yesterday. It can be tedious.

Breathable, thick material, its great if you aren’t sure of the size you truly need since its open and can be adjusted. Tucks you in neatly based on how tight you put it on. Yes the band is long but it works for big girls like me. Overall good product. Only drawback it can sometimes roll down when you bend.
