   I ordered the running girl sports bra for women in color, red size XL. My normal size is a large. However, you need to go by this brands sizing chart on Amazon to select the perfect size for you.

   The red is a brilliant deep red. It’s a gorgeous color. The support in this running girl sports bra I personally would describe as medium to high impact. This sports bra keeps your breasts in place while running, exercising or doing any type of strength training.

   The brand running girl has become one of my top three favorite of all time not just on Amazon, but across the board.

   All of the Running Girl products I have ordered thus far has been great quality and very affordable. Highly recommend this sports bra for anyone that is into fitness or to just want to wear a comfortable sports bra underneath casual clothes.

   Again the price for this brand and this particular sports bra is amazing. 10 out of 10.

   This review is for “RUNNING GIRL Sports Bra for Women,Y Back Molded Cup Strappy Running High Impact Sports Bra with Sewn in Pads”. When I saw that this bra had sewn-in pads I JUMPED to order it, because I HATE removable pads in sports bras and swimsuit tops. I wasn’t quite sure what size to order. Normally I wear a 36B, or a medium in letter-sized bras. According to the size guide, that meant that I should order a size M, but I was a little wary, because some of the Chinese-made clothing that I’ve ordered on Amazon has run small. But I went ahead and ordered the M, and I’m glad that I did, because the sizing guide was accurate and the bra fit well.

   The bra is made of a good quality fabric with a substantial weight. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The straps are not adjustable, but luckily for me the length was perfect. The bra was snug, as a sports bra should be, but not tight. I’ve worn racer back bras before that caused shoulder strain, but this one did not. And as I mentioned, I love that there are no removable cups to shift around, get folded-up and wrinkled, and come out in the wash. The bra cups are made of a thin, molded material. There’s a bit of a uni-boob affect but overall the look is good.

   Before I wore the bra I washed it with a normal load of laundry, inside a delicates bag, in cold water, and hung it up to dry. It came out great with no shrinking, mangling, fading, or loose threads. It seems like it will wear well as long as it’s treated well. At the time of my order the price was $26.99. I feel that’s a fair price for the quality

   Bra size: 36B/medium

   FIT:
   The bra is a bit snug but the large fits nicely for me. I like that the cups are sewn in, negating the need to continuously adjust the cups or take them out when needed. The stitching of the cups didn’t bother me at all.

   WEAR TEST:
   I tested the bra on a 10-hour, 10-mile mountain hike. The wicking technology works well, though I did still experience under/inner boob sweat. Given the type of exercise I was doing, this is somewhat expected. The good thing is that the sweat that wasn’t/couldn’t be wicked did not impact wearing the bra negatively. Toward the end of the hike, the straps did become uncomfortable at the top of my shoulders and between my shoulder blades. While this is more directly related to the activity (and use of a hiking bag), I wanted to note this as the tightness of the size I selected also could have impacted the discomfort somewhat.

   I’ve worn the bra around the house and generally speaking, I think it’s a good item overall. Certain activities may not provide perfect results, but it’s good enough to get the job done for the most part. I didn’t go with 5 stars because I’m not sure how I feel about the sizing. I can’t tell if I want to recommend sizing one up or not honestly.

   I am typically not a fan of bras without some kind of closure (zipper, hook, etc.) However, this brand has become an exception. Here’s why:

   EASE OF USE – The band around the bust is tight enough to be supportive and not move around, but stretchy enough to get over the girls (and I have big swimmer shoulders too). So far, I’ve never had that “oh my, I’m stuck in my bra” moment when getting it on/off. 🙂 However, if you have shoulder mobility issues, it would definitely be a bit tricky.

   SUPPORT – I did a hard, sweaty bike ride and then ran a few miles off the bike was totally fine. Not bothered by bounce. No chafing. Very comfortable throughout.

   SIZE CHART – I was split between L and XL per the chart. I am a 36C/38B or 38″ Chest measurement with larger swimmer shoulders. I ordered Large (36C), but according to the size chart I could have also ordered XL (38B). I feel it would have been too big and not supportive enough if I went with the recommended XL, but it is a bit more difficult to get on/off due the smaller band I chose… pick your poison. 🙂 I typically wear a L in this brand and glad I trusted my gut to stick with that, as I picked support over ease of on/off for the high intensity workouts.)

   PADS – light padding (so does not add bulk up top) but helps with support. Plus, they are sewn in so you don’t have to worry about them shifting around!

   COLOR – I got the Deep Red and it is beautiful! I’m so happy they expanded their color palette so I could get more fun colors!

   QUALITY – The material is nice and looks as if it is well sewn. I do not anticipate any issues with durability coming up. If it does, I will update this review. If no update, you can assume it is sufficient, I am still very happy with this bra and would highly recommend!
