   I suffer from chronic, and some days, debilitating back pain, so ordered this neoprene waist trimmer to use more for back support than waist trimming (though I absolutely need a trimmer waist also).
   I have a couple back braces, but they are so rigid, so I thought the stretchy, neoprene material would be more comfortable for all day support. It definitely is super supportive and eases my back pain, but I find it difficult to use while sitting because of its height in the front…maybe I am just too short waisted. It definitely has helped me be able to do more daily activities while standing though…cooking, vacuuming, laundry, etc that are difficult if not impossible for me to do without support. Yeah!

   I wanted something to help me with my posture and give my back support when sitting and standing. This is a good waist band that helps with posture. It can wrap tight or loose as you need it with the super strong Velcro straps. I find myself slouching as I get older and this band helps remind me to sit up straight and keeps my back straight. I like the size of this as it is large enough to be effective but not so much as to interfere with other garments such as bras and their placement. Sometimes bands like this push up so much that it makes it uncomfortable in the bust area. This one does not do that for me. I cannot wear this for more than a few hours until I get used to it. The material is thick and durable, so I am sure the band will last along time. Good for seniors to help with posture.

   Quality waist trainer belt. Easy to wear. Came packaged nicely. Also comes with double closures for easier adjusting. Super comfortable. I love the cute pink color. Fits well. No strong odor or chemical smell. Great for working out and walking.
