   Wow do I love this product I got a 2x is not too tight or loose , great quality . It fits under your clothes if you’re the type to wear it to work which is what I am doing. It’s perfect for bad back pain sciatica etc.To get the most comfort I suggest wearing it under your clothes. Oh and the tightness is adjustable. It doesn’t roll and the price is definitely reasonable. It won’t make you sweat unless you’re doing excessive exercise etc

   Before I get started, I have to say this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever had! Although it did flip up a bit by the end of my workout, it endured a full 60-minute session, and that says a lot. I even included the final exercise in my video so you could see it in action.

   Upon putting it on, I immediately noticed how strong and durable it is. I’m a little over 300 pounds, and it held up beautifully. My true size would’ve been a 4X, but I wanted something that would train my waist, not just fit comfortably, so I went with a 3X. It was definitely a challenge to get on, but once it was in place, it gave me great compression.

   Now, the only thing I wish is that it were a bit longer. I would’ve loved for it to cover more of the upper back area and that “muffin top.” You kind of have to choose, either pull it up to cover the top or pull it down to shape the lower area. Because of my “tabletop butt” (😂), I knew it would be a challenge, but that’s not a complaint, just body reality!

   The hard wiring helps it stay in place, but after a lot of movement, especially arm work, it does shift a little. Even then, it stays tight around the abdomen the entire time, which is exactly what you want from a waist trainer.

   Overall, I have to say: this is the best one I’ve found, even over 50 years old and after trying many others. It’s sturdy, tight, and truly does its job. FeelinGirl, you did an amazing job with this design I just hope you consider making a longer version for those of us with a little more to love!

   I really love this waist trainer, it also functions as an awesome, less bulky back brace. Although, I wouldn’t wear it over 2-3 hours at a time, bc your organs will become a little smushed. All in all it is well made and very much worth the money. I work outside in it and can’t even tell I am sweating, it’s great. Does not make you overly hot. It is very comfortable as long as you position the sides appropriately.

   Definitely love at first use!!! Where has this been all my life? Perfect design and structure, great quality and fit – compression & support on all target areas like its custom-made for me. It doesn’t slide or pop out of position (high quality velcro), very snug yet breathable (strong material), and it gives a nice & seamless curvy silhouette with a posture correcting bonus. I’ve been using it in my sports and fitness trainings, as well as casual wear, and I’m so happy with this product!

   I’ve tried so many waist trainers, but THIS one beats them all! The material is strong yet super comfortable, it doesn’t roll down, and it snatches my waist instantly without making it hard to breathe. I wear it while working out and even around the house, and I can already see my waist getting more defined after just a few days!

   The fit is perfect, the quality feels premium, and it gives me that hourglass shape I’ve always wanted. It also helps with posture and makes me feel so confident. If you’re thinking about buying it—do it! You won’t regret it.

    I’m curvy, 5’2″ and weigh 209 lbs. My measurements are Bust: 36DDD/38DD Waist: 33″ Hips: 46″. I purchased the large after reading the reviews. It fits perfectly and is comfortable. I will be purchasing another one in size medium as I’ve already been losing inches off my waist. It doesn’t roll down and stays in place. The material is pretty sturdy. I love the 3 straps and how you can control how tight you can make each one. I used to have to wear 2 waist trimmers as they weren’t long enough and now, I only have to use this one as it fits my entire waist from under the bustline down to my hips. Definitely good quality for the price

    I am 200 lbs 5’5 curvy. I have the XL which I started with to get used to wearing it. Now, I ordered a Medium and it fits comfortably. I wear it around the house, to get manicures and pedicures, hair salon, and to run errands. It is comfortable and does shrink waist. The most important for me is that it holds my stomach in and makes me feel full. Generally, I don’t like to feel compressed but am able to deal with this waist trainer. It doesn’t curl up or dig in.

    Very well made and comfortable. Love the length. Im 5’8 and it fits my torso well.

    However, sizing is way off. By measure Im an XXL. Ordered the XL and I wpuld have to make it as tight as possible, so no room for it to stretch. Go 2 sizes down
