   I initially ordered this bra in a medium based on Amazon sizing recommendation. It was fine for lower impact exercise such as weight training and walking but didn’t provide enough support for higher impact cardio. I then ordered a small which was perfect for these higher impact activities. For reference I am 5’1”, 117 lbs, 34D bra, and small frame. I love the sewn in cups so there’s no twisting or trying to put them back in after washing. The sides are wide so there’s no armpit flab sticking out. When considering size I would not just go by bra size but also clothing size you normally wear as well.

   I am thoroughly impressed with these sports bras. The fact that the cups are sewn in eliminates the common hassle of pads folding or shifting during wear or washing. The stitching is impeccable, adding a touch of quality that stands out. I was so pleased with my initial purchase that I bought two more and plan to add even more to my collection.

   For reference, I’m 38 years old, 160 lbs, 5’6”, and the Large size fits me perfectly. I chose the dark blue color, which looks fantastic. These bras perform exceptionally well during workouts, providing the support and comfort I need. I make it a point to wash them after each workout or at the end of the day and hang them to dry, and they’ve maintained their structure beautifully.

   Overall, these bras have exceeded my expectations in both form and function. Highly recommend!

   Kind of comfortable. I bought two of these based off of reviews. There is no strap adjustment which is fine. The quality is definitely a five star. Beautiful, soft fabric and nice fit. My issue was it is tight fitting under the breast. It isn’t a true size. The cups are, but the band under the breast is far too tight. I was tugging on it all day. I am not overweight at 5’3 and 134 lbs. I wear a 34B and got the large. They actually sent me one that is a plus size and I didn’t notice any difference. Both were too tight for comfort.

   I’m 5’4, 138 lbs and wear a 36 C bra, so I ordered large. It was so tight around my chest I wasn’t comfortable. I ordered an XL and it is perfect. I play pickle ball and golf and the bra is very comfortable, gives me great support when running around the court. Sewn in, lightly padded cups are the best feature. The sewing is very quality job. I’ll order another in a different color.

   This is NOT a high impact bra, especially if you have a large bust. The padding inside is also VERY SMALL. If they were removable I would’ve taken them out. They will not cover your bust area if you have large (DDDD+) breast.
