   Super cute, and the color I got which was Sparkle Blue, was beautiful. I love the strappy back …it’s very attractive and flattering. However. It does run a little small. I would size up, because my regular size is a bit tight around the band, which messes with comfort. At 5’6, 175lbs, I wear a 2X, which fit more like a 1X . Made my fat rolls poke out 😅 But it is quality fabric and good support. I love the sewn in pads. I don’t have to reposition it every time I wash it or put it on. I don’t know that I’m in love with the shape of the pads. It’s hard to tell because it ran small. It’s still a great sports bra, and I would be so happy to have this in a suitable size! Size up, sweeties!

   I love the RUNNING GIRL store bc the quality of sports apparel is consistently superior. My favorite running tanks and sports bras are all from this brand. This criss-cross back sports bra is exactly as I expected. It fits great and has excellent support owing to the strong materials and design. The straps are not adjustable, but the sizing is spot-on, so I can always be sure about fit and comfort. The molded cups are not removable, but the fabric is durable and easy to wash and dry. The hot pink color is exactly as shown, nice and bright but not quite neon.

   Gotta say after going through many sports bras my expectations were low. This style bra was perfection. It held me firmly, not too tight. I do cardio and free weights with this and nothing moves or is too constricting. It’s absolute perfection and I’ll be buying MANY more.

   FIRST IMPRESSION
   The color of the Sparkling Blue sports bra is stunning — a vivid, electric blue that truly stands out.

   SIZING & FIT
   For reference, I am 5’8″ and 128 lbs., with an average to athletic build. My measurements are 35″ bust, 27″ waist, and 35″ hips. I typically wear a 34D or 36D bra, with a 29″ underbust. A size medium was the right size choice for me.

   The underband fits snugly, providing a secure hold with no concerns about slippage. The top band has a bit of slack towards the middle, and the side material is slightly loose (in the armpit area), but neither causes any fit issues. In fact, these areas might benefit someone who prefers a little extra room or needs more space in those sections.

   FEATURES
   I have mentioned this in previous reviews, but it is worth repeating — I am really enjoying the recent line of sports bras from RUNNING GIRL that feature sewn-in pads. I do not think I will go back to any other type of sports bra with removable padding, and I am ready to replace all of my older styles with these.

   SUPPORT
   This sports bra is ideal for low to medium impact workouts. I have worn it for the elliptical, strength training, walking, and Pilates. It offers similar support to a typical T-back style, which is not a drawback. However, if you prefer a design that distributes weight more evenly rather than concentrating pressure on the shoulders and neck, another style from this brand may be a better fit.

   OVERVIEW
   This sports bra is an excellent choice, from the beautiful color to the sewn-in pads. I highly recommend it for workouts, as it offers the right amount of support. The only caveat for me—and this may be due to having heavier breasts—is that it is not quite as comfortable for all-day wear as some of RUNNING GIRL’s other styles, such as this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKWQB74M or this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FJ9Z4FFM. For active use, though, it performs beautifully.

   Great quality, and super comfortable through rigorous workouts! This bra is officially one of my new favorites. The material is soft, and non chafing. The built in pads are perfect, not overly thick, no worrying about movement, and no hassle during washing. This bra has nice support, and moves comfortably during my workouts. The back straps are a cute detail, and make the bra unique. The fit is perfect, and true to size. The compression isn’t overly done, and makes putting on, and taking off much easier than some others. Im definitely buying more in different colors!

   I LOVE the Running Girl brand! I have 8 or 9 of their various designs, and I’m sure I would have loved this one, but unfortunately, I was send the wrong size.

   As with all their bras, the fabric is soft and the stitching is well done. I’ve only recently discovered that they have designs with SEWN IN PADS, which are a game-changer! No more pads slipping around while working out or in the washer!
