   As a runner, I’m always on the lookout for high-impact sports bras that offer both comfort and support. I chose this one primarily because of the brand name—Running Girl—which suggested a focus on running-specific needs. I’ve worn it once so far for a 5K run, and I’m impressed. The bra is very comfortable, with no chafing or irritation, and most importantly, it provides excellent support with zero bounce. That’s a must for my workouts. While I can’t yet speak to its durability or longevity, the initial performance exceeded my expectations. If you’re a runner looking for a supportive, comfortable sports bra, I highly recommend this one.

   Comfortable to wear, but the chest band doesn’t lay entirely flat and honestly there’s no way I’d wear it running. I’m a 34D and just did the run test and there’s way too much movement for my liking. I’m not a ‘bouncy’ style runner either. So I’ll keep it for general gym work, but not running. The search continues…

   So this may work great for you, most of my negative opinion comes from a personal place.

   The sewn in bra cups/padding could be great for someone, I got severe dysphoria from them, my breasts are large and I work in a male dominated industry and I don’t want attention brought to my breasts in any way whatsoever.

   Related to that I drive forklifts for a living and they can be rather bumpy, leading to a lot of breasts boobily bouncing all over the place with a lack of compression support. I wouldn’t call it high impact.

   The deciding factor that lead to the return of the item was the waist band which was thick and otherwise perfect, was too tight for me. I have sensitive skin and while it was great for my hourglass figure to be tighter at the bottom, it was ultimately too irritating to ignore.
   I ended up getting a 3 pack of a different brand but similar cut for less than the price of this one bra and those bras have been perfect for my needs. So. It’s really a personal preference but there are better deals out there.

   This is a great sports bra that’s comfortable and holds you in place, especially while doing a high impact/fast workout. It goes on and off fairly easily, even after a sweaty workout and washes/dries well (I washed mine on a gentle cycle in a lingerie bag and dried it on low. While there was no laundering shrinkage, I do recommend sizing up if you’re a C cup or larger. The size chart is helpful but I went more with the reviews to determine what size I should get; I wear a size 10 and M-L in regular clothes but I have C-D cup breasts so I went with an XL in this. For a high impact sports bra, it’s aesthetically pleasing and the back straps are especially cute.

   So happy I finally found a sports bra that is very comfortable, supportive and doesn’t have bra pads the come out in the wash or crumple up and are really annoying.
   It also seems to be very well made, substantial fabric with no seams that cause discomfort when running etc.

   I LOVE this sports bra. It holds the girls in place and makes them look great! It’s not too tight to get on and off and it doesn’t give a uniboob. I went down a size from what I usually wear and it’s perfect. I am a 36DD and find the Medium perfect. I wear these to work out every day and wash them on a handwashing’s/delicate cycle and then hang to dry and they have held up perfectly. I bought myself multiple of these in several colors because they fit so well and are comfortable too. Definitely worth the $ over buying a multi pack of sports bras that are uncomfortable and feel ugly. I purchased multiple brands and styles but returned the rest and kept only these.

   I’ve only run in it once so far, but it was comfortable and supportive for the whole 13 miles. I was skeptical due to the low price, but I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m usually a 32C, and a small was snug but still a good fit.

    This bra fits perfect. Is the perfect support for a running bra. The girls stay put and are not bouncing around. It is worth the money.

    I went based off the recommended sizes and measurements, purchasing a 3XL. I typically wear a size US 40D, sometimes a 42C/D depending on the brand. For reference, I am an 18/20 women’s US plus size top and my girls are very wide due to a surgical reduction many years ago. I am 5’4” and about 240-ish pounds.

    I was looking for a sports bra I could comfortably wear to the gym for weight training that didn’t make my large ladies look saggy and old. Perhaps I’m a bit vain but if I go to the gym to feel good, why would I want to look in the mirror and be sad about their state? They’re lovely ladies and I wanted a bra that would prevent the drooping that some sports bras cause.

    First I sprang for an expensive (IMO) Glamorise bra. It looks like something my grandma would strap into before going to work in the canning factory during the war. It wasn’t soft and it allowed nip appearances that were completely impractical for the gym.

    I like this one. Pads are sewn in and BIG – cover the entire areola and then some but not stiff nor scratchy nor noticeable under my exercise tops. The straps are NOT racer back but did sit comfortably on my shoulders without falling. I’ve worn this a few times during my WFH day under nicer blouses and at the end of the day I’ll realize I never had to touch it. It didn’t shift, itch or move. It feels breathable and stretchy but the various elements didn’t pull in a manner that I have to adjust after certain moves.

    I don’t do cardio workouts on land so I can’t speak to how well this prevents bounce but for non-jumping or running activity it is my go to. I’m writing this review because I came back to order more. I’m completely emptying the drawer of mediocre sports bras and replacing them with these.

    Editing 6/27/2025 to add that I’ve lost 30 pounds, now at 215. I could tell that my bras weren’t as supportive anymore. If you’ve ever been on the slow and steady Weight loss journey you know how one day you realize you should probably go down a size or so? Well I decided to order two more bras in a 2XL. I still love this bra at this new size. Supportive, comfortable, covers all the right things. Keep it up, RunningGirl.
