Not enough lift. Even when I tighten the straps all the way, I need about two more inches of lift. This is typical of Running girl bras, the straps are always several inches too long, and they feel like they pull my chest down instead of lifting it up, which is uncomfortable just for sitting and walking so definitely unusable for working out. I was hoping the adjustable straps would make a difference but they’re still far too long. The molded cups are great, though. At least they’re finally listening to women about that!

I am older and my girls aren’t as perky as they used to be, so unfortunately the molded cups sit awkward on me, I can’t lift myself up to work and they cannot be removed. The bra itself is a comfortable, smooth fabric, with adjustable straps. It feels nice around the body, smoothing. There are two seems along the front, that can be seen under shirts, so it is definitely a bra meant to be seen. I think if the cups landed correctly, it would have been a nice amount of compression. But I couldn’t make it work for me. My daughter however had better luck and has claimed it. Nice quality, but sizing is a little tricky!
