This bra deserves its own trophy. The material? Softer than a cloud doing yoga. The support? Let’s just say the girls have never been this well-behaved. It’s breathable, comfy, and somehow manages to keep everything perfectly in check without feeling like a medieval corset. I could run a race, do cartwheels, or take a nap in it and honestly!

PROS:
Coverage, support, comfort, material quality, band tightness without becoming painful (I slept in bra last night and didn’t wanna rip my skin off when I awoke), sturdiness, useful for heavy activity. I work on a boat and bought multiple running girl brand bras to work in. Best brand I’ve found so far for an active top that can be worn alone as swim top or as FUNCTIONAL and stylish undergarment. I like the higher neckline so I’m not spilling out the top, however…
CONS:
(Minimal)
The separate paneling on sides of cups and around the added neckline are not very flattering @ the seams/where panels meet. The included cups may or may not work for your chest- especially if one side of your chest is larger or not quite symmetrical to the other.
Can cause larger or lower side of chest to be squeezed into under arm area or toward middle of chest, not fitting in the cup/not ideal look.
BUT: I do want to say that I have this issue with most my sports tops, and it was the least noticeable and most manageable in these running girl brand tops, again even with heavy activity of pulling anchors and much bending over/leaning on surfaces as I worked.
These are the most versatile, supportive, and comfortable brand of tops I have ever purchased, in the perfect price range.

I bought these for my teenage daughter who is a competitive cheerleader and constantly in the gym or at tumbling. She LOVES these!! And this momma LOVES that the padding is built in and I don’t have to go looking for the padding or have the struggle of getting it back straight inside the pockets. It holds up really well and gives her the support she needs. She says they are very comfy and she wants MORE!!!

Running Girl sports bra
I highly recommend this bra! The fit is spot on and true to size. I wear a medium and it is very comfortable. It seems to be well made and high quality.
What I like primarily is that if you have any back fat, the bra covers it well.

Finally- a bra that stays in place, doesn’t dig into me too tightly, and is actually flattering instead of squeezing out extra bugles on my back and sides. I do have a little extra boobage I have to shimmy into the cup on the sides, particularly one bc it’s a little larger than the other side. But I’m not falling out of the top or bottom. I have dense natural 36/38DDDS, not sure if it would fit the same with other shapes, densities, and sizes but I’d recommend for anyone to at least try this one. The extra outer straps are fantastic for shaping and a more comfortable fit.

Bought one for me and my daughter more than a more than a few times and we are not fans. The color was great. The size did fit. We just didn’t like the way it felt on. We like more separation.

Comfortable fit and provides good support when running, it holds things in place. The design is flattering in the back, the padding is sewn in and that part is not moisture wicking, but the rest is. For the price, it’s worth it and so I bought another one in a different color; will probably buy more in other colors.
