I was a bit skeptical about these but thought I’d finally try. I first bought a L. I’m 5’3″, 135 lb. It takes a little getting used to putting it on. I used it working out (lifting) and it was great! really alleviated back pain and a reminder to use my core more. It surprisingly comfortable, no problems transitioning to cardio or other activities. I wear it under my clothes and I look SMOKIN’. (just sayin). But I tried the large for a week and it became clear I was going to need to go smaller. So I exchanged for a M. I got that Jan 31. as of yesterday (March 2) I was down to the smallest set of hooks! I’m ordering a S next.

I wanted to love this. It has great support and in the beginning it was enhancing my hourglass shape but the plastic spines are starting to bend and it pokes my side making it very uncomfortable to keep on more than 30 minutes. I’ve noticed that it also leaves a mark. I have a short toro so so it digs into my upper glutes and gives me a weird shape by my hips. One of the hooks is starting to loosen which can hook unevenly if I don’t pay attention. The bottom is starting to roll up which causes discomfort because the prong digs into my skin. I got a size M and have worn less than 20 times.

I love this, it’s really working on my body. I had a baby about a year ago, and i was trying to get my waist from rolls to smooth again. After wearing it for about 4 days now i can see a difference i wished that i took a before picture, but it looks good and feels good.
I still have rolls, as more a wear it my tummy and my rolls are slowly going away. I wear it when my boyfriend at work, so when he gets back i sneak into the bathroom and take it off quickly.
I feel like one of my top favorite corset waist trainer, it worth it for me and maybe for you too. I’m definitely going to keep SHARPERX on my top favorite places to go for it.
